Responsibilities
- Handle inbound voice calls and live chat support for international customers
- Provide end-to-end customer support, query resolution, and issue handling
- Perform upselling and cross-selling of products and services
- Meet CSAT, quality, sales, and productivity targets
- Ensure high standards of customer experience and compliance
- Accurately document interactions in CRM systems
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years experience in International BPO (Customer Service or Sales)
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in night shifts or US shifts
- Graduate degree in any field
