Responsibilities
- Provide inbound technical support for US and UK markets
- Act as a Web Consultant for the Australian market
- Handle UK Telecom call blocking services
- Engage in sales and support processes to meet customer needs
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Experience in BPO environments preferred
- At least 6 months of experience in International Outbound for Inbound Tech Process roles
- Ability to join immediately
- Graduate or undergraduate degree
