Responsibilities

• Handle inbound technical support for US and UK markets
• Act as a Web Consultant for the Australian market
• Manage UK Telecom call blocking processes
• Provide technical assistance and sales support via voice processes

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills
• Graduate or Undergraduate degree
• Minimum 6 months experience in International Outbound for Inbound Tech roles
• Previous BPO experience preferred
• Ability to join immediately
• Ability to work night shifts
