Responsibilities
- Handle inbound technical support for US and UK markets
- Act as a Web Consultant for the Australian market
- Manage UK Telecom call blocking processes
- Provide high-quality technical assistance and sales support
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills
- Experience in BPO environments preferred
- At least 6 months of experience in International Outbound for Inbound Tech Process roles
- Ability to join immediately
- Graduate or Undergraduate degree
