Responsibilities

• Handle inbound technical support calls for US, UK, and AUS markets
• Act as a Web Consultant or Telecom support specialist
• Provide technical assistance and sales support via voice processes

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills
• Experience in BPO or International Outbound processes
• Ability to join immediately
• Graduate or Undergraduate degree
