About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform market analysis and exploit customer data including fleets, history, and recurring needs
- Contribute to the preparation of technical-commercial offers through information collection and quote tracking
- Ensure the update and reliability of CRM tools (Salesforce) and commercial tracking systems
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including engineering, sales, and customer support
- Support the development of spare parts activities, including the creation and updating of RSPL
- Monitor commercial performance and propose improvement areas based on data analysis
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bac+5 engineering program or equivalent
- Strong analytical mindset with rigor and synthesis skills for data exploitation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Familiarity with data/AI tools such as Power BI or Snowflake is a plus
- Fluent English (written and oral) for an international working environment
- Proactive, curious, and motivated to work at the intersection of technology and business
