About the role
Responsibilities
- Analyze existing portfolios and market potential to identify business opportunities in new construction and building renovations
- Develop and manage relationships with developers, construction companies, architects, and property managers to acquire new clients
- Manage all project phases from opportunity detection and technical prescription to contracting, execution, and collection
- Perform technical project analysis, including blueprint interpretation, site visits, and technical documentation reviews
- Prepare customized offers and budgets ensuring compliance with safety, energy efficiency, and quality standards
- Collaborate with technical and execution teams to ensure project alignment and minimize cost or time deviations
- Provide specialized technical-commercial advice to clients throughout the decision-making process
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Technical Field, or related Higher Vocational Training (e.g., mechatronics, electromechanical maintenance, or building construction)
- 3 to 5 years of experience in technical project sales or similar roles
- Proficiency in MS Office 365
- Valid Class B driver's license
- English language skills are considered a plus
