About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome and advise customers
- Manage sales floor activities including shelf stocking, stock management, and promotional actions
- Understand customer needs
- Monitor orders and deliveries
- Manage disputes and complaints
- Adhere to PPE requirements (shoes, gloves, etc.)
Requirements
- Customer satisfaction orientation
- Ability to work in a team
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales, ideally within the construction or renovation sector
- Proactive mindset
