About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound lead qualification and account management for house accounts
- Develop account relationships and grow revenue within assigned portfolio
- Maintain CRM data integrity and customer records
- Generate monthly and ad-hoc sales reports
- Serve as a cross-functional liaison between internal departments and customers
- Provide cost estimating support to Engineered Solutions products
- Perform outbound lead generation activities including cold calling
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of custom designed sales or technical customer relations experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Knowledge of ERPs, CRMs, or Sales Management Software
- Ability to perform cold calling for business
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or college course work
- Direct or distribution sales experience in packaging or manufacturing industry
