Technical Representative

Responsibilities

• Drive brand growth within the retail landscape to maximize commercial success and premium experiences
• Build authentic relationships with retail partners through impactful store visits
• Deliver engaging product education and training sessions tailored to different accounts
• Conduct product training sessions with local health professionals to position the brand as a credible referral brand
• Capture and communicate market shifts, retail trends, and product feedback to the Commercial team

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in retail, field sales, or medical professional environments
• Solid understanding of the sporting goods or footwear industry landscape
• Passion for an active lifestyle and movement
• Confident communicator capable of leading technical training sessions or events
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, etc.)
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to travel approximately 60% of the time across Sydney, NSW, and ACT

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Visual Merchandising (VMD) and brand presentation
