Technical Remote Support Trainee

Responsibilities

• Participate in an 18-month early career development program focused on remote technical support.
• Learn to diagnose and resolve industrial automation and equipment issues via phone, chat, and email.
• Follow structured learning paths and technical training to build troubleshooting skills.
• Shadow senior specialists during remote troubleshooting sessions and document technical solutions.
• Collaborate with field engineers and global competence networks to support equipment reliability and performance.
• Gradually take ownership of support cases as technical capabilities develop.

Requirements

• Recent degree in Mechatronics, Automation, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Graduated no earlier than July 2024.
• Up to one year of professional experience in the field (internships are not considered professional experience for this program).
• Foundational knowledge of programming concepts used in industrial automation, such as ladder logic, structured text, or function block diagrams.
• Interest or initial exposure to automation platforms like Beckhoff, Siemens, Rockwell, or SCADA systems.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused, proactive attitude.
