Technical Relationship Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the Technical Business Relationship Management and Department Solutions Team
• Serve as the senior relationship lead for assigned departments
• Manage the initial service model for up to 9 departments
• Maintain the OIT service catalog and provide service directory advisory
• Evaluate department requests against approved low-code, no-code, CRM, and AI-assisted platforms
• Conduct complex discovery sessions to define business problems and desired outcomes
• Coordinate with cybersecurity, data governance, and enterprise architecture teams
• Track department engagement and develop performance reports for OIT leadership

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of IT service delivery and business relationship management
• Ability to translate business operations into actionable technology recommendations
• Working knowledge of low-code, no-code, CRM, and workflow automation platforms
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and executive communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple department relationships and competing priorities
• Must be a City of Philadelphia resident within six months of hire

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in IT business relationship management or technology consulting
• Experience with platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, Salesforce, or ServiceNow
• Experience working within government agencies or large enterprise environments
• Experience in business process improvement or technology advisory services
