Technical Recruitment Sourcer

Humanoid is on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. Through their HMND-01 Alpha platform, they are bringing physical AI to life in real industrial pilots.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines across Software Deployment, Design Systems, and Technical Project Management
• Source specialized candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, and industry communities
• Identify and engage passive candidates through personalized outreach
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles
• Conduct talent mapping and market research to identify competitor landscapes
• Maintain accurate candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Leverage AI tools and automation to improve sourcing productivity

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in technical sourcing or talent acquisition
• Proven experience sourcing software engineering, infrastructure, or platform engineering talent
• Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
• Experience using ATS platforms such as Lever, Greenhouse, or Ashby
• Strong research skills for mapping niche talent pools
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting within robotics, AI, machine learning, or deep-tech
• Familiarity with Developer Experience or Technical Program Management disciplines
• Passion for emerging technologies and building world-class engineering teams
