Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical positions including Software Engineers, Research Scientists, and Machine Learning Engineers
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs and technical requirements
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive and active candidates
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Conduct recruiter screenings to assess technical backgrounds and cultural alignment
• Manage the interview process to ensure a positive candidate experience
• Utilize data and recruiting metrics to optimize processes and provide stakeholder updates
• Negotiate offers and guide candidates through onboarding
• Promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
• Proven success hiring Software Engineers and Research Scientists/Researchers
• Experience recruiting in AI, machine learning, data science, or cloud computing domains
• Expertise with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and GitHub
• Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for AI, machine learning, or advanced research organizations
• Experience supporting high-growth technology companies
• Familiarity with technical interview processes and assessment methodologies
• Knowledge of employment laws and talent market trends
