Technical Recruitment Intern

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical positions
• Assist in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks
• Review resumes to identify potential candidates based on specific job requirements
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and manage follow-up communications
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams
• Maintain candidate records and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms
• Help maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree holder or final-year student in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous internship experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition is required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms
• Strong interest in technical recruitment and emerging technologies
