Technical Recruiting Manager

Responsibilities

• Design and own end-to-end recruiting strategy for Engineering, Product, and Design
• Execute full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, evaluating, and closing candidates
• Lead and develop a lean team of recruiters through coaching and accountability
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and calibrate candidates
• Build proactive sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill technical roles
• Drive consistent interview practices and structured feedback
• Surface recruiting data and insights to leadership to inform decisions
• Collaborate with People Partners and Compensation on competitive offers
• Implement process improvements across the talent acquisition function

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• 2+ years of experience managing a team of recruiters in a high-growth environment
• Proven track record of hiring engineers and technical ICs and managers
• Ability to build trusted partnerships and influence leadership
• Ownership mindset with the ability to operate in ambiguous environments
• Strong communication skills and data-driven approach to recruiting

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting at a B2B SaaS company
• Familiarity with technical assessments and structured interview design
• Exposure to compensation benchmarking tools like Radford, Levels.fyi, or Carta
• Experience with ATS workflows such as Greenhouse or Gem
