Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for hardware and engineering disciplines including autonomous systems, propulsion, thermal, mechanical, and structures
• Source and screen engineering talent through active search, referrals, passive outreach, and technical communities
• Manage multiple active searches simultaneously while maintaining a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience
• Conduct recruiter screens to assess technical fit, cultural alignment, and compensation expectations
• Support the offer process in partnership with Recruiting Managers
• Maintain accurate candidate records in Greenhouse (ATS) and partner with coordinators on interview logistics

Requirements

• 2+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting for hardware-centric or engineering-focused industries (e.g., aerospace, robotics, automotive, or deep tech)
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• U.S. Person status for ITAR compliance

Preferred Qualifications

• In-house or embedded recruiting experience at a hardware or deep tech company
• Fluency in explaining startup equity structures and total compensation
• Exposure to specific engineering disciplines such as propulsion, thermal, or mechanical engineering
• Experience using Greenhouse, Gem, or LinkedIn Recruiter
