Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Source technical talent across engineering, product, and data teams to build high-quality candidate pipelines
• Support university recruiting strategy by coordinating career fairs, campus events, and student follow-ups
• Manage recruiting event logistics, including attendee tracking, resume review workflows, and post-event outreach
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by coordinating interviews and maintaining timely, high-trust communication
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align sourcing efforts with specific role requirements and team goals
• Utilize AI and recruiting tools to optimize sourcing speed, outreach personalization, and workflow automation
• Maintain clean and actionable recruiting systems, ensuring accurate candidate records and pipeline data

Requirements

• Experience in sourcing, recruiting coordination, university recruiting, or talent operations
• Strong interest in technical recruiting and high-growth hiring environments
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail regarding scheduling and event logistics
• Strong written communication skills for professional candidate outreach and follow-up
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), sourcing platforms, and AI recruiting tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
