Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior-level technical roles across Engineering, Product, Design, and Data teams
• Develop and implement advanced sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates with niche skill sets
• Partner closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with business needs
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire hiring lifecycle
• Champion Traba’s culture and employer brand within the technology community
• Optimize recruitment processes using data-driven insights and industry best practices

Requirements

• 2+ years of technical recruiting experience with a proven track record of hiring senior Engineering talent
• Strong expertise in strategic sourcing and talent acquisition
• In-depth knowledge of the current technology landscape and market trends
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with senior technical professionals
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
