Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, including defining job descriptions, sourcing, screening, and closing offers
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand and meet hiring needs
• Build diverse candidate pipelines using LinkedIn sourcing, networking, and research methods
• Design and maintain a best-in-class candidate experience
• Streamline and improve recruiting processes
• Manage additional recruiting-related projects as assigned

Requirements

• 3+ years of in-house full-cycle technical recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting across multiple technical functions
• Track record of recruiting in a high-growth environment or startup
• Demonstrated skills in sourcing, selling, interviewing, and closing candidates
• Understanding of legal, compliance, and HR regulations pertaining to recruiting
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly-growing workplace
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
