Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, including defining job descriptions, sourcing, screening, and closing offers
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand and meet hiring needs
- Build diverse candidate pipelines using LinkedIn sourcing, networking, and research methods
- Design and maintain a best-in-class candidate experience
- Streamline and improve recruiting processes
- Manage additional recruiting-related projects as assigned
Requirements
- 3+ years of in-house full-cycle technical recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting across multiple technical functions
- Track record of recruiting in a high-growth environment or startup
- Demonstrated skills in sourcing, selling, interviewing, and closing candidates
- Understanding of legal, compliance, and HR regulations pertaining to recruiting
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly-growing workplace
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
