Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across financial services, technology, risk, and operations
• Design and execute creative sourcing strategies to engage passive talent and build long-term pipelines
• Collaborate deeply with hiring managers to understand team needs, role requirements, and future growth plans
• Create compelling candidate experiences that reflect the company's unique culture and values
• Use data to track, measure, and report on hiring pipeline health, market trends, and process improvements
• Influence hiring outcomes by coaching stakeholders on best practices and market insights
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives in partnership with marketing and social media teams

Requirements

• 4+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience
• Experience in an in-house recruitment role is preferred
• Knowledge of the financial services, capital markets, or technology industries
• Proven experience sourcing and attracting passive talent through innovative techniques
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as iCIMS or LinkedIn Recruiter
• A data-driven, analytical mindset with confidence using reporting tools to guide decisions
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
