About the role
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and hard-to-fill roles including engineering, data science, and management
- Build and maintain pipelines of high-caliber technical talent through outbound sourcing and networking
- Partner with engineering leaders to define role requirements and interview processes
- Optimize recruiting channels such as LinkedIn, GitHub, and Stack Overflow
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial touch to offer
- Use data and metrics to drive recruiting efficiency and funnel conversion
- Represent Steadily culture to attract top technical talent
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on technical roles
- Technical fluency to discuss skill sets with engineers and data scientists
- Proven success sourcing passive candidates for hard-to-fill roles
- Ability to build trust with candidates and technical hiring managers
- Proficiency with ATS systems, sourcing tools, and analytics
- Startup mindset with the ability to operate with urgency and minimal oversight
