Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruiting processes across engineering, manufacturing, production, and operations roles
• Develop sourcing strategies and build qualified candidate pipelines
• Manage candidates from initial outreach through offer acceptance and onboarding
• Conduct candidate screens and present qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Identify and engage talent from aerospace, defense, robotics, autonomous systems, and advanced manufacturing
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate evaluation criteria
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting metrics within Greenhouse
• Serve as an ambassador for Space Kinetic’s mission and culture

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including technical professionals
• Demonstrated experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and direct outreach
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting within aerospace, defense, space, robotics, or deep technology
• Experience recruiting spacecraft, software, electrical, mechanical, or systems engineering talent
• Experience working at a venture-backed startup
• Familiarity with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, or Gem
• Understanding of ITAR, security clearance, or government contracting environments
