Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and team goals
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles including sourcing, offer, and closing
• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
• Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit
• Coordinate and improve interview processes with hiring teams
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience from first touch through onboarding
• Track and report on recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and pipeline health
• Stay current on market trends and compensation benchmarks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• 4+ years of technical recruiting experience
• Experience with in-house recruiting
• Experience recruiting electrical, mechanical, aerospace engineers, or software engineers
• Full life cycle recruiting experience
• Ability to review, evaluate, and report on recruiting data
• Ability to distinguish top-tier talent within respective fields
• Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with little guidance
