Responsibilities

• Source, interview, and place high-level candidates in the $80K–$200K annual salary range
• Manage a portfolio of companies and handle routine account management operations
• Participate in talent operations including coordinating interviews and maintaining interaction records
• Master existing recruitment tools and improve company-wide operational processes
• Conduct recruiter screenings and shadow interviews during onboarding

Requirements

• Advanced English skills
• 2+ years of experience in Recruiting and Startups
• Experience sourcing and placing candidates in the $80K–$200K salary range
• Proficiency with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo, Ashby, and Gem

Preferred Qualifications

• Specialized skills in People Analytics, Interview Design, or Media Management
• Experience working as a freelancer managing client talent needs
