Responsibilities
- Source, interview, and place high-level candidates in the $80K–$200K annual salary range
- Manage a portfolio of companies and handle routine account management operations
- Participate in talent operations including coordinating interviews and maintaining interaction records
- Master existing recruitment tools and improve company-wide operational processes
- Conduct recruiter screenings and shadow interviews during onboarding
Requirements
- Advanced English skills
- 2+ years of experience in Recruiting and Startups
- Experience sourcing and placing candidates in the $80K–$200K salary range
- Proficiency with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo, Ashby, and Gem
Preferred Qualifications
- Specialized skills in People Analytics, Interview Design, or Media Management
- Experience working as a freelancer managing client talent needs
