Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle for engineering roles, from initial sourcing through offer
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to reach passive engineering talent
• Partner with engineering leadership to sharpen targeting, increase referrals, and hit hiring goals
• Use market research to keep sourcing approaches current and messaging sharp
• Maintain clean data within Greenhouse to track pipeline progress and effectiveness

Requirements

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in the software industry
• Proven track record of hiring high-bar engineers
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred)
• Ability to partner with engineering leaders as a peer and strategic advisor
• Strong communication skills with the ability to provide accurate data and honest timelines
