Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle for engineering roles, from initial sourcing through offer
• Build and manage a robust candidate pipeline for technical talent
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to engage passive engineering candidates
• Partner closely with engineering leadership to define hiring needs and sharpen targeting
• Use market research to inform sourcing approaches and messaging
• Maintain clean and accurate data within Greenhouse to track pipeline progress and hiring goals

Requirements

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience within the software industry
• Proven track record of hiring high-bar engineering talent
• Experience finding and engaging passive candidates
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse ATS
• Strong communication skills with the ability to partner with leadership as a peer
