Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle for engineering roles, from initial sourcing through offer
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to reach passive engineering talent
• Partner directly with engineering leadership to sharpen targeting and hit hiring goals
• Use market research to keep sourcing approaches and candidate messaging sharp
• Maintain clean data within Greenhouse to track pipeline progress and effectiveness
• Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, providing accurate data and setting expectations

Requirements

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience within the software industry
• Proven track record of hiring high-bar engineering talent
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred)
• Strong ability to engage and influence passive candidates
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner with leadership as a peer
