Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle, end-to-end recruiting processes in a fast-paced environment
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and align on hiring priorities
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across multiple channels to attract technical talent
• Proactively identify, engage, and close top technical candidates
• Manage and optimize the interview process for efficiency and equity
• Track, analyze, and report on key recruiting metrics to leadership

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment
• Proven ability to execute recruiting strategies aligned with business objectives
• Established network within the tech industry
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing organizational needs
• Proficiency in using recruiting metrics and data to inform decisions
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
