Responsibilities

  • Own the full-cycle, end-to-end recruiting process for technical roles including engineering, product, data, and infrastructure
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and align on hiring priorities
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, referrals, and communities
  • Proactively identify, engage, and close top technical candidates
  • Manage and optimize the interview process for efficiency and equity
  • Track and report on key recruiting metrics to leadership

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment
  • Proven ability to execute recruiting strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Established network within the tech industry
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing needs
  • Proficiency in using recruiting metrics and data
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of technical roles and ability to assess technical talent
  • Proficiency working with Ashby (ATS)
