Responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle, end-to-end recruiting process for technical roles including engineering, product, data, and infrastructure
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and align on hiring priorities
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, referrals, and communities
- Proactively identify, engage, and close top technical candidates
- Manage and optimize the interview process for efficiency and equity
- Track and report on key recruiting metrics to leadership
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment
- Proven ability to execute recruiting strategies aligned with business objectives
- Established network within the tech industry
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing needs
- Proficiency in using recruiting metrics and data
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of technical roles and ability to assess technical talent
- Proficiency working with Ashby (ATS)
