Responsibilities

  • Design and implement creative sourcing strategies and manage the full-cycle recruiting process
  • Partner with engineering leaders to create role definitions and prioritize requisitions
  • Build and maintain recruiting infrastructure, including ATS and sourcing platforms
  • Track and report key metrics to inform decision-making and improve candidate experience
  • Stay ahead of emerging recruiting tools and best practices to attract top-tier talent

Requirements

  • 4+ years of technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment or B2B SaaS company
  • Technical aptitude with familiarity regarding engineering roles and tech stacks
  • Proven track record of building pipelines and closing top-tier engineering candidates
  • Strong communication skills and an analytical mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, adaptable startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience as an early technical recruiter in a startup environment
