Responsibilities
- Design and implement creative sourcing strategies and manage the full-cycle recruiting process
- Partner with engineering leaders to create role definitions and prioritize requisitions
- Build and maintain recruiting infrastructure, including ATS and sourcing platforms
- Track and report key metrics to inform decision-making and improve candidate experience
- Stay ahead of emerging recruiting tools and best practices to attract top-tier talent
Requirements
- 4+ years of technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment or B2B SaaS company
- Technical aptitude with familiarity regarding engineering roles and tech stacks
- Proven track record of building pipelines and closing top-tier engineering candidates
- Strong communication skills and an analytical mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, adaptable startup environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as an early technical recruiter in a startup environment
