Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering, product, and design roles from sourcing through offer
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, design interview processes, and meet hiring goals
• Source and engage top technical talent through targeted outreach, referrals, and creative strategies
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience through clear communication and thoughtful engagement
• Maintain and share recruiting metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
• Build trusted relationships with leadership as a consultative partner on technical talent trends

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in recruiting with a strong focus on technical roles (engineering, product, or design)
• Proven ability to hire top technical talent in competitive markets
• Advanced sourcing skills and ability to build pipelines of passive candidates
• Familiarity with technical recruiting tools and platforms
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment
