Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Engineering leadership and hiring managers to understand role requirements and organizational fit
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for complex searches across the Engineering organization
  • Build deeply targeted sourcing strategies and partner with the sourcing team on competitor mapping
  • Run candidate processes with urgency, ensuring high-quality follow-up and engagement
  • Manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity to provide data-centric updates to stakeholders
  • Drive offer processes, including negotiations and closing candidates
  • Act as a strategic advisor to anticipate hiring needs and shape compensation frameworks
  • Lead initiatives to improve technical recruiting operations, such as interview loops and interviewer training

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting or sourcing experience at a high-growth tech company or startup
  • Proven track record of hiring for deeply technical engineering roles
  • Proficiency in using AI tools across the recruiting lifecycle
  • Strong ability to influence stakeholders using data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong focus on candidate experience
