Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Build targeted pipelines for technical, operational, and mission-aligned roles.
• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, communities, job boards, and university networks.
• Partner with hiring managers on role requirements, target profiles, and screening criteria.
• Conduct first-round candidate screens to assess role alignment, background, and mission fit.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain accurate recruiting data and applicant tracking workflows.
• Support offer-stage logistics, preboarding, onboarding, and people operations administration.

Requirements

• Experience in technical recruiting, sourcing, talent acquisition, or people operations.
• Ability to source and screen candidates across technical, software, or aerospace talent markets.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong research instincts, organization, and judgment.
• Must meet ITAR requirements (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience sourcing for engineering, product, or satellite operations roles.
• Familiarity with recruiting tools such as Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Gem, or HireEZ.
• Experience supporting onboarding, employee documentation, or people operations workflows.
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers in a startup or high-growth environment.
