Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across technical and business functions including engineering, manufacturing, and operations
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future needs
• Manage candidate communications to ensure an exceptional experience
• Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interviews
• Advise hiring managers on market trends and compensation expectations
• Support employer branding initiatives within aerospace and engineering communities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on technical recruiting
• Proven success recruiting engineers and specialized technical talent
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and senior leaders
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse ATS
• Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual per ITAR regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting in aerospace, defense, space, or robotics
• Experience in startup or high-growth environments
• Experience recruiting for roles requiring security clearances or export-controlled environments
• Knowledge of compensation benchmarking
