About the Company

Podium Automation is reimagining industrial control panel manufacturing through software-enabled design and automated fabrication. We're building technology to create a new industrial supply chain - reducing lead times for critical electrical equipment from months to days.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across software, hardware, controls, manufacturing, and operations
• Partner with founders and hiring managers to scope roles, build hiring plans, and define interview loops
• Source proactively to engage high-quality candidates
• Build the talent operating system including ATS hygiene, scorecards, and referral programs
• Own end-to-end onboarding from offer acceptance through ramp
• Manage employee setup including equipment, accounts, payroll, benefits, and I-9s
• Design people programs such as recognition, team rituals, and feedback cycles
• Partner with leadership on policies, handbook, compliance, and HR operations
• Help shape employer brand and candidate marketing

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in technical recruiting and people operations
• Experience in-house at a high-growth startup
• Track record recruiting hardware, electrical, mechanical, controls, or manufacturing talent
• Hands-on experience with onboarding, employee setup, and HRIS/payroll tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to operate with ambiguity and minimal process
• Genuine interest in industrial manufacturing and hardware technology
