Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Own the full hiring cycle for R&D roles including Engineering, Product, Design, and Data
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and workforce planning
• Execute creative sourcing strategies using Gem and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Manage the end-to-end candidate experience including offer strategy and compensation discussions
• Maintain pipeline metrics and reporting in Greenhouse and Gem
• Utilize AI-powered recruiting tools for research, outreach, and sourcing

Requirements

• Proven track record sourcing and closing engineering talent
• Experience in high-growth startups or fast-paced tech companies
• Strong Boolean search and passive candidate sourcing skills
• Excellent communication and complex negotiation abilities
• Data-driven mindset with experience tracking pipeline metrics
• Fluency with AI-powered recruiting tools

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
