About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the full hiring cycle for R&D roles including Engineering, Product, Design, and Data
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and workforce planning
- Execute creative sourcing strategies using Gem and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Manage the end-to-end candidate experience including offer strategy and compensation discussions
- Maintain pipeline metrics and reporting in Greenhouse and Gem
- Utilize AI-powered recruiting tools for research, outreach, and sourcing
Requirements
- Proven track record sourcing and closing engineering talent
- Experience in high-growth startups or fast-paced tech companies
- Strong Boolean search and passive candidate sourcing skills
- Excellent communication and complex negotiation abilities
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking pipeline metrics
- Fluency with AI-powered recruiting tools
Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
