Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned technical roles, from intake through offer close
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and build search strategies
• Execute outbound sourcing strategies including target company mapping and candidate research
• Recruit across hardware and software functions including mechanical, electrical, embedded systems, and autonomy
• Manage a high-quality candidate experience including coordination, feedback, and offer support
• Use Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Noon.ai to manage pipeline and data

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
• Early career experience in agency recruiting, search, or high-volume outbound environments
• Experience recruiting hardware and software talent in hard-tech, robotics, autonomy, or automotive sectors
• Strong outbound sourcing skills and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience using recruiting tools like Greenhouse or Noon.ai

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for venture-backed startups or high-growth technical companies
• Experience supporting multiple disciplines including embedded systems and manufacturing
• Comfort using AI and automation to improve recruiting workflows
• Interest in transportation, robotics, autonomy, or climate technology
