Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Run end-to-end full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, from initial intake to close
• Build multi-channel sourcing strategies including targeted outbound, GitHub deep dives, and community engagement
• Conduct substantive technical screenings covering system design, ML fundamentals, and engineering trade-offs
• Partner with hiring managers to define roles, maintain talent bars, and provide data-driven market insights
• Implement AI-embedded workflows to accelerate sourcing, screening, outreach, and pipeline analytics
• Design and document scalable recruiting processes, hiring manager playbooks, and interview frameworks

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience at a high-growth tech company
• Proven track record recruiting for Software Engineering and ML/AI or similar technical roles
• Experience in a startup or lean environment building processes from scratch
• AI-assisted recruiting fluency with experience using AI to drive efficiency
• Strong data-driven approach to pipeline management and business reviews

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting specifically for MLOps or AI platform roles
• Prior experience building or auditing a recruiting function (ATS setup, process documentation, etc.)
• Familiarity with technical assessment design, including coding challenges and system design rubrics
• Background in fintech, marketplace, or consumer tech industries
