At Nudge, our mission is to develop the best technology for interfacing with the brain to improve people's lives. We are developing a non-invasive, ultrasound-based device that can stimulate and image the brain at high resolution and depth, building cutting-edge hardware, software, and research capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Run full-cycle recruiting for all roles across multiple disciplines including engineering, G&A, operations, and research
- Source exceptional talent through direct outreach, technical communities, academic networks, and creative strategies
- Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to define requirements, interview processes, and evaluation criteria
- Screen candidates for technical fit, culture, and mission alignment
- Manage the entire candidate experience from initial outreach through offer negotiation
- Build talent pipelines and maintain relationships with passive candidates
- Establish best practices and help define Nudge’s recruiting strategy as we grow
Requirements
- At least 5 years of recruiting experience
- Technical recruiting experience, preferably at startups or high-growth companies
- Experience hiring software engineers, researchers, or hardware engineers
- Proven track record of sourcing and closing exceptional technical talent
- Strong technical acumen to discuss complex technical concepts
- Excellent communication and sales skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- High integrity and strong professional judgement
