Responsibilities

• Find and engage top-tier software engineers, PMs, and GTM leaders
• Own outreach strategy and manage the candidate pipeline
• Learn the full hiring lifecycle including outbound pitches, initial screens, and closing offers
• Utilize AI and automation tools to optimize recruiting workflows
• Partner with internal teams to calibrate on roles and use data to resolve hiring bottlenecks
• Ensure an incredible candidate experience and effectively communicate the Netic story

Requirements

• Recent or upcoming degree from a top school
• High level of grit and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven process improvement
• Ability to learn technical concepts quickly and adapt to feedback
