Responsibilities
- Find and engage top-tier software engineers, PMs, and GTM leaders
- Own outreach strategy and manage the candidate pipeline
- Learn the full hiring lifecycle including outbound pitches, initial screens, and closing offers
- Utilize AI and automation tools to optimize recruiting workflows
- Partner with internal teams to calibrate on roles and use data to resolve hiring bottlenecks
- Ensure an incredible candidate experience and effectively communicate the Netic story
Requirements
- Recent or upcoming degree from a top school
- High level of grit and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven process improvement
- Ability to learn technical concepts quickly and adapt to feedback
