About the role
About the Company
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end hiring for engineering roles, from initial outreach to offer, across multiple locations
- Perform daily hands-on sourcing and active outreach to build long-term pipelines
- Run screening interviews to assess technical and behavioral fit for engineers
- Manage a large volume of active candidates with excellent organization
- Build relationships with technical and operational stakeholders
- Leverage market intelligence and data-driven insights to refine sourcing strategies
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in technical recruitment
- Experience hiring engineering profiles in EU and/or UK markets
- Strong sourcing capability using LinkedIn and advanced search techniques
- Proven experience conducting high-volume initial screening calls
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Experience with modern ATS tools, preferably Greenhouse
