About the Company

Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring for engineering roles, from initial outreach to offer, across multiple locations
• Perform daily hands-on sourcing and active outreach to build long-term pipelines
• Run screening interviews to assess technical and behavioral fit for engineers
• Manage a large volume of active candidates with excellent organization
• Build relationships with technical and operational stakeholders
• Leverage market intelligence and data-driven insights to refine sourcing strategies

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in technical recruitment
• Experience hiring engineering profiles in EU and/or UK markets
• Strong sourcing capability using LinkedIn and advanced search techniques
• Proven experience conducting high-volume initial screening calls
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Experience with modern ATS tools, preferably Greenhouse
