About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to identify and attract top technical talent
- Create and post job descriptions on various platforms to maximize visibility
- Screen applications and resumes to shortlist candidates for interviews
- Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to management
- Maintain an up-to-date candidate database and manage relationships with potential hires
- Participate in employer branding initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on technical roles
- Strong understanding of technical job roles and the IT industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various recruiting platforms
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple open positions simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
