Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs for software, data science, and engineering roles
- Utilize outbound sourcing strategies to find candidates from entry to executive level
- Own the full cycle recruiting process from initial sourcing to onboarding
- Develop creative ways to establish the MORSE employer brand and attract talent
- Integrate company values into all aspects of the recruiting process
Requirements
- US Citizenship required
- 1+ years of experience in technical recruiting (corporate or agency)
- Hands-on experience with recruiting tools, job boards, social media, and ATS (Greenhouse)
- Demonstrated capability to source top technical talent
- Ability to screen candidates for technical and corporate fit
- Strong organizational, time management, and process management skills
- Proven interpersonal skills and relationship building
