Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs for software, data science, and engineering roles
• Utilize outbound sourcing strategies to find candidates from entry to executive level
• Own the full cycle recruiting process from initial sourcing to onboarding
• Develop creative ways to establish the MORSE employer brand and attract talent
• Integrate company values into all aspects of the recruiting process

Requirements

• US Citizenship required
• 1+ years of experience in technical recruiting (corporate or agency)
• Hands-on experience with recruiting tools, job boards, social media, and ATS (Greenhouse)
• Demonstrated capability to source top technical talent
• Ability to screen candidates for technical and corporate fit
• Strong organizational, time management, and process management skills
• Proven interpersonal skills and relationship building
