Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Own top-of-funnel sourcing for senior, staff, and principal product, design, and engineering roles
• Manage the full candidate journey from initial outreach and screening to offer construction and onboarding
• Partner with engineering leaders to define role profiles, calibrate scorecards, and build shared models of excellence
• Build and maintain the operational backbone of technical hiring, including ATS hygiene and structured interview kits
• Act as a brand ambassador, framing the Moment story to attract and engage top-tier talent

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience sourcing or recruiting technical and/or go-to-market talent
• Experience working in high-growth or early-stage startup environments
• Exceptional sourcing instincts and a builder's mindset for outbound creativity
• High-velocity operator capable of managing many concurrent searches with extreme attention to detail
• Strong judgment, taste, and an extremely high bar for talent
