About the Company

Mirage is an AI-native video platform that intelligently orchestrates production and editing through natural language. We are an interdisciplinary team addressing some of the most difficult technical and creative challenges in generative media.

Responsibilities

• Guide candidates through the entire recruitment lifecycle, from inception of candidate contact through offer acceptance
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and cultivate a strong pipeline of elite technical talent
• Partner closely with recruiting peers, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to understand hiring requirements
• Contribute meaningfully to building an inclusive workplace by recruiting diverse talent
• Identify opportunities to improve hiring velocity, operational efficiency, recruiting productivity, and candidate satisfaction

Requirements

• Experience recruiting for software engineering and/or product positions
• Experience managing varying levels of seniority including individual contributors and leadership roles
• Demonstrated experience leveraging creative sourcing techniques for passive talent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivated work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting
• Track record of providing a high-touch experience to candidates and hiring managers
