Responsibilities

• Prospect relentlessly across Ashby, LinkedIn, Juicebox, Gem, and emerging channels to identify top candidates
• Craft personalized, high-conversion outreach and follow-up sequences
• Build and maintain organized, warm sourcing funnels
• Track response rates and optimize messaging variations
• Leverage automation and AI tools to source smarter
• Qualify candidate interest and assess motivation
• Schedule and coordinate initial calls between candidates and hiring managers
• Manage external hiring presence, job listings, and social content

Requirements

• 3+ years of sourcing experience across technical and non-technical roles
• Experience at a startup or staffing agency
• Technical fluency or ability to ramp up quickly on healthcare data/IT domain
• Strong outbound mindset and persistence
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Data-driven approach to measuring and adjusting recruiting metrics
• Proficiency with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Juicebox, or Ashby

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience sourcing for healthcare or healthcare IT organizations
