Meter is rebuilding networking from the ground up—hardware, software, and operations—to provide enterprises with fast, secure, and reliable networks. We build and deploy networking stacks at scale for ambitious companies like Lyft, Reddit, and Bridgewater.

Responsibilities

• Build the teams for Meter’s Data Center product line across hardware, software, and firmware engineering
• Own the full recruiting lifecycle from market mapping and talent attraction to evaluation and closing
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and design search-related collateral
• Implement rigorous, reliable, and scalable hiring practices
• Build and nurture strong relationships with top-tier technical candidates

Requirements

• Proven track record of identifying and closing top-tier engineering talent
• Expertise in evaluating technical depth across hardware, software, and firmware disciplines
• Experience building lean, high-performing engineering teams at fast-growing technology companies
• Experience building recruiting processes that scale with early-stage functions
• Ability to bring clarity and confidence to the hiring process for engineering leadership
