About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple 360 recruitment mandates from need definition to offer signature
- Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies for niche AI and machine learning talent
- Approach and engage passive candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Develop comprehensive research plans including market mapping and competitive analysis
- Collaborate with hiring managers and technical directors to define target profiles
- Manage the full offer process including preparation, negotiation, and conclusion
- Provide a seamless candidate experience and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of technical recruitment experience
- Strong understanding of AI research terminology and challenges
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant field
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Excellent written and oral communication in French and English
