Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple 360 recruitment mandates from need definition to offer signature
• Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies for niche AI and machine learning talent
• Approach and engage passive candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Develop comprehensive research plans including market mapping and competitive analysis
• Collaborate with hiring managers and technical directors to define target profiles
• Manage the full offer process including preparation, negotiation, and conclusion
• Provide a seamless candidate experience and participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of technical recruitment experience
• Strong understanding of AI research terminology and challenges
• Undergraduate degree in a relevant field
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
• Excellent written and oral communication in French and English
