Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing
• Partner with hiring managers and engineers to define role profiles, build pipelines, and calibrate signal
• Craft bespoke outbound strategies tailored to high-caliber candidates such as Principal Engineers and Core Infra Builders
• Deliver high-quality candidate experiences with a focus on both speed and rigor
• Run structured, signal-rich interviews and guide interviewers through calibration and debriefs
• Help scale and improve recruiting systems and processes

Requirements

• Proven experience recruiting for deeply technical roles (e.g., backend, infra, systems, protocol, or Rust)
• Strong outbound messaging skills with the ability to write compelling, tailored communications
• Ability to assess technical resumes and probe for high-quality signal
• Commitment to maintaining a high bar for candidate quality and experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting in early-stage (0→1) environments
• Fluency in Web3 or the technical aptitude to ramp up quickly on blockchain concepts
• Experience running interview debriefs, driving interviewer training, or contributing to rubric design
